Provide technical advice to government and non government partners on the establishment of the orderly and sustainable return and reintegration process from Viet Nam to Cambodia and on the development of centre and community based programs to improve the life of women and children who have been or are at risk of being victims of trafficking

Plan and implement strategies, including training workshops, to build the capacity of staff of partner organizations to provide centre and community based support to women and children who have been or are at risk of being victims of trafficking.

Document any training or resource materials that are developed.

Establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with government and non-government organizations.

Assist in the design and implementation of research activities – for the community based support to both the women and children who have been or are at risk of being victims of trafficking and their families.

Participate in working parties and committees that are relevant to achieving the desired project outcomes when necessary.

Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of the activities of sub-contracted project partners

Assist in the facilitation of the systematic collection of data on project interventions and outcomes
-
Assist in writing the reports that are required on activities undertaken
-
Provide social work advise to other projects as required
-
Perform other tasks as discussed with the Project Coordinator.
